Ticket collection & payment

Ticket collection

You can collect your tickets during normal opening hours. The box office is normally open 2 hours before and 15 minutes after the start of performances. Alternatively, we can post tickets by second class post to UK residents for a fee of £1.50

We accept payment with most major credit and debit cards either at the theatre box office or through our online ticket agents, please note, however, we cannot accept payment by cheque.

Concessionary ticket prices, when available, will appear after the full price. These are provided to students, senior citizens, under-16s, anyone receiving unemployment or disability benefits, and sometimes NHS and Keyworker staff.

Proof of status or ID will normally be required. We always reserve the right to refuse concessionary ticket holders' admission if confirmation cannot be produced.

Group discounts

These are available for selected events, subject to availability. Please see individual event pages to check if a discount is available.

Exchanges & refunds

We'll do our best to exchange tickets for another performance of the same event, provided that you request the exchange at least 72 hours before the first performance of the event. Your original tickets must be returned to us before the first performance of the booked event, then we will be able to issue an exchange.

We cannot guarantee that ticket exchanges will be possible for all events, and so the Theatre Manager's decision must be final.

Tickets booked either directly with The Barrington Centre or through Ticketline are not refundable, except in certain circumstances - please see our Terms & Conditions. We may however be able to exchange tickets for a different performance of the same event. For tickets booked through other ticket agents please refer to their refund policy.
