We’ll do our best to exchange tickets for another performance of the same event, provided that you request the exchange at least 72 hours before the first performance of the event. Your original tickets must be returned to us before the first performance of the booked event, then we will be able to issue an exchange.
We cannot guarantee that ticket exchanges will be possible for all events, and so the Theatre Manager’s decision must be final.
Tickets booked either directly with The Barrington Centre or through Ticketline are not refundable, except in certain circumstances – please see our Terms & Conditions. We may however be able to exchange tickets for a different performance of the same event. For tickets booked through other ticket agents please refer to their refund policy.
