Our Monday Matinee is a relaxed, enjoyable film afternoon where people come together to watch a great film on the big screen and share the experience in wonderful company. It’s warm, sociable, and with a real cinema feel – but with something no ordinary cinema can offer: a room full of friendly faces who are genuinely pleased you came. We show a range of well-loved films across different genres, from classic favourites to much-loved modern films, so there’s always something to look forward to each month.
Included is a selection of tea and coffee, along with popcorn, crisps, and a variety of sweet and savoury snacks for guests to enjoy throughout the film.
Whether you’re a film lover or simply looking for a friendly reason to get out of the house, you’ll feel right at home – come along and enjoy it!

For just £20 a month, you’ll have unlimited access to all three of our clubs – the Monday Matinee Movies, Wednesday Seated Exercise, and Friday Kurling – plus access to special sessions, regular parties and group outings throughout the year, including our popular trips to concerts at The Barrington Arts & Community Center.
