How can i book tickets?
Tickets can be booked in person or over the phone from our box office between 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Tickets can also be booked online 24hrs a day via our website .
I am trying to purchase tickets, but i am unable to select from a seating plan.
For some events seating is unallocated, which means you won’t be able to select specific seats during the booking process. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis when you arrive. Please check the event details for seating information before booking.
Why do you charge a booking fee ?
Booking fees contribute towards the ongoing costs of providing our ticketing service and maintaining the technology and systems that support ticket sales at our venue.
What concessions are available
Concessions may be available on selected shows and can include Over 60s, Under 16s, and Group Discounts. Please note that not all events have concession tickets these are solely at the discretion of the event organiser and not the Barrington Centre.
Where do i collect my tickets
When purchasing tickets from the Box Office, you will receive physical tickets. These can either be collected in advance from the Box Office or collected on the door at the event.
Alternatively, tickets purchased online will be emailed directly to the customer and can either be printed at home or scanned directly from a smartphone on arrival. Postal delivery of tickets is also available for an additional charge.
